The spiritual path is not one that is about becoming something new but about unbecoming all that we are not.
It is a stripping away of layers which can at times be pretty painful. We ourselves have been through lots of grief of unlived lives and yearnings of the never answered needs. Tears, darkness and confusion are typical through these stages.
We share with you our experience
Challenges of the psyche
Our experience is that all literature of Carl G Jung is very helpful when we get stuck in the psyche, starting at ''The Red Book'' and you can go from there.
Learn about which archetype is running the show and how it needs to be transcended and integrated. Understand which hidden soul contracts keep you binded to the collective and how to dismantle them. Especially the empath and the narcissist seem to be on top of their game when we are stuck in the same situations over and over again. Find out for yourself what your shadow work is and feel free to ask for experience from those who have walked the path before you.
Note: Always seek help from a licensed psychologist if you need to. The spiritual path is not a substitute for it, it only reveals a deeper layer which can help you transcend the minds world but this is easier for some than others - if you need specialist help you should always take care of that responsibility.
